I’ve always been really interested in the Education sector and graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Degree in Education Studies, Psychology & Counselling. From there, I got my first role in Education recruitment in 2014 and joined The Supply Register in 2021 after having progressed to a management role.
Even throughout the interview process with The Supply Register, it was so evident that providing an exceptional service to their Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) & candidates is at the heart of everything they had achieved. I was excited to hear about The Supply Register’s solution to their MAT’s recruitment and it was a great time for me to join the team.
I joined The Supply Register in May 2021, as a Partnership Manager for the East Midlands Region and work in partnership with Secondary Schools to fulfil their requirements for all roles. My favourite part of the role is going out to visit the Schools & taking those opportunities to really understand each individual School so that I can source the right candidates for them.
In a short space of time, The Supply Register have gone on to win their biggest MAT yet and are growing so quickly. It’s great to work for a company where you truly feel valued and even though I am working remotely, there is an extremely welcoming team in place which made joining such a smooth process.
