As the Managing Director of The Supply Register, I lead our service delivery, compliance and sales and marketing teams to deliver a better deal to educators, while directing and celebrating the successes of our work with Multi-Academy Trusts and operational partners.
Before founding The Supply Register in 2016, I was on the front line of teacher recruitment for more than 15 years, working both within local authorities and third-party recruitment consultancies, almost exclusively with supply teachers and education support staff.
I passionately believe in a more ethical model of employment for supply teachers and founded The Supply Register on the principles of equality and fairness – helping both schools and candidates to secure a better deal.
The Supply Register’s mission is to become the sector’s most trusted education recruitment services company and it’s rewarding to look back on what we’ve achieved so far. We continue to grow rapidly, helping schools save more than £1 million on supply cover spend to date.
These vital funds can then be redirected back into the classroom and on improving the quality of education for those who need it the most.
