How it all started
Baljinder Kuller, our founding Director, spent 15 years working at the heart of education recruitment, in both the public sector and top recruitment agencies.
Through this experience, he gained first-hand insight into the growing pressures facing schools — tightening budgets, increasing complexity, and widening skills gaps.
In 2016, he saw a clear opportunity to do things differently. The Supply Register was born, built to transform education recruitment through smarter processes, fairer outcomes, and better use of technology.
Driven by a deep commitment to education and social mobility, Baljinder founded the business on principles of fairness, transparency, and equality, ensuring better value for education providers and improved opportunities for candidates.
Today, The Supply Register is proud to be the trusted recruitment partner for hundreds of schools and colleges across the UK, delivering efficient, ethical staffing solutions that create real impact — in both budgets and classrooms.
