Opportunity to succeed
The Supply Register operate across England and Wales through dedicated regional Partnership Management teams, covering key areas such as the North West, West Midlands, East Midlands, Yorkshire, South West, and London.
We make sure there is healthy competition on requisitions and that all our agency partners have plenty of opportunities to grow within The Supply Register marketplace.
Every agency partner we work with signs a contract to supply at a banded pay and standard charge rates, so unless specifically requested by the school, all our agencies are placed on a level playing field, competing only on quality and performance of supply staff.
On hand to support you
All our preferred Agency Partners have access to a dedicated regional partnership management team, who are always on hand to help and advice.
Alternatively, Agency Partners can access our Support Hub by searching for self-service help articles or by raising a ticket for assistance with areas such as invoicing and payments, requesting paperwork, resolving portal software issues, and requesting additional users or further portal training.
Compliance standards for all of our agency partners
Our rigorous recruitment process, supported by APSCo Compliance+ accreditation, ensures schools and colleges receive high quality, fully vetted candidates with complete peace of mind.
Mandatory checks include:
- Enhanced DBS with children’s barred list
- Verified right to work
- Two references (including most recent employer)
- Qualification and identity verification
- Childcare disqualification declaration
- Safeguarding and Prevent Training

Technology – changing the way we work
All our preferred Agency Partners are assigned to our in-house built recruitment platform: tsr365.
The aim is to deliver a streamlined recruitment experience for education providers, candidates and our partnered agencies, while also enhancing the tools our in-house teams rely on every day.
Through tsr365, our Agency Partners can:
- Upload and manage candidates for school vacancies
- Track and access compliance for candidates assigned to placements
- Submit timesheets directly through the portal for schools to approve
- View cost breakdowns and approved timesheets more clearly
