I joined The Supply Register in July 2021 as Head of Business Development. I’m responsible for bringing in new clients while overseeing senior-level relationships with existing clients, with the overall aim of helping to grow our market share.
I’ve worked in business development roles within the recruitment sector and/or public sector for over 17 years. The scope of my work in this area covers umbrella services and accountancy, recruitment software, and business intelligence solutions.
I’ve been able to apply this experience to my role at The Supply Register to support our internal teams in onboarding new clients and ensuring we are delivering great service to our current clients.
The Supply Register is a company that is going places. At The Supply Register, we are all given the freedom and autonomy to succeed and progress. The ethos is very collaborative and supportive. If the company does well, we all do well.
For me, the best part of the role is dealing with unique challenges on a day-to-day basis. Our client base is very diverse, so every day presents different challenges to overcome. In the morning I could be talking to a Trust Director in Cornwall while later I’ll be speaking with a Headteacher at a school in central London. Their challenges are often very different, and collaboratively as a team, we enjoy coming up with innovative solutions.
