Tell us about your past work experience:
I’ve worked in a resource and compliance role at more traditional agencies previously. I’ve been in this type of role for almost 4.5 years now, previously working in retail.
What does your day-to-day entail at The Supply Register?
My day-to-day work consists of posting job ads, screening applicants for suitability, setting up registration video calls for them and then working on completing people’s compliance to try and get them cleared for work ASAP
How does working at The Supply Register compare to other employers?
It definitely just has a different vibe altogether, a more positive environment, a lot less stressful and good colleagues lol
How have you progressed since being with The Supply Register?
I think I’ve built my confidence and I am a lot more certain in my decisions or if people ask me questions I feel a lot more certain of my answers
What do you find to be most rewarding in your role?
I really just enjoy hearing that people I’ve cleared for work are out working and doing well! 😊
