Are you a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children’s learning? We’re currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Tamworth, Staffordshire and nearby areas.

✅ About the Role:

• Provide in-class support to pupils, including those with additional needs

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

• Support pupils’ learning, emotional development, and well-being

• Flexible roles available: day-to-day cover, short-term, and long-term placements

✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)

• A patient and nurturing attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A relevant TA qualification or willingness to train

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
