About the Role:
You will lead on delivering high-quality support for students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded across the school. Your work will involve:

Leading the SEND provision and coordinating support across departments

Monitoring pupil progress and evaluating teaching strategies

Working closely with our specialist provision teams (PD and SpLD)

Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies

Supporting transitions and coordinating access arrangements for exams

Line managing inclusion staff and supporting TA deployment
