Role Overview:
The Governors of Keyham Barton Catholic Primary School are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and inspiring teacher to lead a mixed Year 3/4 class. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to high standards and inclusive learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for a mixed Year 3/4 class
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil development
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and governors to enhance pupil outcomes
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives that raise standards and support whole-child development
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
- Experience in primary education is desirable but not essential
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to the school’s Catholic ethos
- A reflective practitioner dedicated to ongoing improvement
- Resilient, dynamic, and a strong team player
