Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Day-to-day supply and temporary assignments
£100-110 per day depending on experience
Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years, recognising individual needs, and helping every child flourish in a nurturing environment?
We are looking for qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team for temporary and day-to-day assignments. This role is ideal for individuals who are warm, energetic, and committed to supporting the development and wellbeing of children in an Early Years setting.
We are looking for someone who:

Relishes the opportunity to work with young children and contribute to their development.

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Has previous experience of working with children in a nursery or early years setting.

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is confident in following routines and supporting learning through play.

Can work collaboratively as part of a team, while also using initiative when required.
Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework.

Support children’s learning and development through planned activities and free play.
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.

Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress and share findings with the team.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times.

Support the nursery team with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and transitions.
Requirements:

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach.

Ability to communicate effectively with young children, colleagues, and parents.

Able to work flexibly and respond to the changing needs of the nursery.

Must have the right to work in the UK.

Must provide two professional references.

Must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
