The Supply Register is excited to recruit enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistants for a school in Solihull. Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining effective classroom management.

Help students stay focused and engaged during lessons, ensuring they complete set work.

Provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping students develop academically and socially.

Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners.

Help with preparing classroom materials and contributing to the smooth running of daily classroom activities.

Report any concerns to relevant staff members, ensuring safeguarding and well-being protocols are followed.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar educational role is essential.

Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).

Passion for Education: A deep commitment to supporting and inspiring students in their academic journey.

Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.

Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently when required.
