About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team from September 2025 in a nurturing and friendly school.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a flexible, rewarding role where you’ll lead learning and provide cover across the school. You’ll work closely with teachers and leadership to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for our pupils.
- Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required.
- 4 days a week on a 2-week rotating timetable.
- PPA time provided to help plan effective lessons.
- You will be expected to plan and mark work in line with the school policies.

- Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in primary classrooms.
- Confidence in leading whole-class learning.
- A nurturing, child-centred approach to education.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
