The Opportunity: Food Technology Teacher
Are you passionate about food, nutrition, and inspiring the next generation of chefs, entrepreneurs, and informed citizens? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Food Technology Teacher to join our dynamic Design & Technology department from September.
You will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4

Foster creativity, curiosity, and a deep understanding of food preparation, health, and sustainability

Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported to succeed

Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment activities, and the broader life of the school

Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and raise achievement

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified teacher with QTS and a specialism in Food Technology or related subject

A passionate educator with a creative and practical approach to teaching

An excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations and strong behaviour management
