We’re recruiting Cover Supervisors to join our growing bank of staff for a large Multi-Academy Trust based in Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity for:

Experienced Cover Supervisors

Graduates interested in a career in teaching

Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. sports coaches, youth workers, tutors)
Role Overview:

Supervise whole classes during short-term absence of teachers
-
Ensure students remain on task with pre-set work
-
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
-
Provide a positive, safe learning environment
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or other)

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Flexible and reliable attitude

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
