The Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Cover Supervisor to support the delivery of pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and contribute to the success of students.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising students during teacher absences, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment

Delivering pre-set work and maintaining classroom order

Promoting positive behaviour and engaging students in learning

Supporting the school’s ethos and contributing to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils (ideal but not essential)
✔️ Confident, calm, and professional classroom management
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude
✔️ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
