This is a long-term, ongoing role, open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners looking to make a real impact in a supportive and high-achieving environment.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Foster a love of literature and language through innovative teaching strategies

Support students in achieving academic success and developing essential literacy skills

Participate in departmental planning and whole-school initiatives

Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators

A qualified teacher with QTS (or pending award of QTS for ECTs)
