The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with St Bernadette’s RC Primary School, part of the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust, to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term supply role to start in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and inclusive school community, supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality interventions, lead small groups, and occasionally cover whole-class teaching.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a recognised HLTA qualification Level 4 or equivalent, or Level 3 with the right experience

Have recent experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting

Be confident delivering lessons and interventions under teacher guidance

Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills

Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress

Support the Catholic ethos of the school
