Daily Rate: £140 – £220 (Dependent on experience)

The Wade Deacon Trust is seeking a committed and passionate English Teacher to join one of our Liverpool secondary schools from September 2025 until Christmas. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to work in a supportive, high-performing school environment.

The Role:

Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Inspire students to develop strong literacy, communication, and analytical skills

Work collaboratively with colleagues in a well-established English department

Support students of all abilities to achieve academic success
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
✔️ Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
✔️ Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English literature and language
✔️ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔️ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
