This is an opportunity to work across the Trust Schools in Rochdale and Oldham from the 22th April for the rest of the academic year, offering a fantastic chance to make a real impact on the learning and development of the children in both long term and regular day to day cover positions

The Role:
We are looking for Experienced primary teachers and ECT’s who can deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love for learning. You will work closely with experienced staff, and contribute to creating a positive, well-structured, and respectful classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, ensuring lessons are engaging, differentiated, and accessible to all learners.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support the well-being and progress of all pupils.
- Contribute to the school’s wider community and extra-curricular activities.

- Passionate about education and creating a positive learning environment for all children.
- Strong classroom management skills, with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire pupils.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
