The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and passionate Head Teacher to lead our school in continuing its journey of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Provide dynamic and inspirational leadership to staff, students, and the wider school community.

Develop and implement a clear strategic vision for the school, ensuring it aligns with the values and aspirations of our students and staff.

Oversee the academic progress and well-being of all students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Manage and develop a highly motivated team of staff, fostering a culture of professional development and collaboration.

Ensure the efficient and effective management of the school’s resources, including budget, facilities, and staffing.

Engage with parents, the local community, and external agencies to promote the school’s values and improve educational outcomes.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Head Teacher who has a proven record of leadership in a school setting. You will already have significant experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a current Head Teacher.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support staff and students.

A proven track record of raising educational standards and achieving positive outcomes.

Extensive experience in school leadership, including strategic planning, curriculum development, and staff management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all members of the school community.

A commitment to the values of inclusivity, diversity, and community involvement.

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing school budgets and resources.
