The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and passionate Head Teacher to lead our school in continuing its journey of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is committed to educational improvement, has a track record of success in senior leadership roles, and is ready to take on the challenges and opportunities of leading a large school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dynamic and inspirational leadership to staff, students, and the wider school community.

  • Develop and implement a clear strategic vision for the school, ensuring it aligns with the values and aspirations of our students and staff.

  • Oversee the academic progress and well-being of all students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Manage and develop a highly motivated team of staff, fostering a culture of professional development and collaboration.

  • Ensure the efficient and effective management of the school’s resources, including budget, facilities, and staffing.

  • Engage with parents, the local community, and external agencies to promote the school’s values and improve educational outcomes.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Head Teacher who has a proven record of leadership in a school setting. You will already have significant experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a current Head Teacher.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support staff and students.

  • A proven track record of raising educational standards and achieving positive outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in school leadership, including strategic planning, curriculum development, and staff management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all members of the school community.

  • A commitment to the values of inclusivity, diversity, and community involvement.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing school budgets and resources.
