Technology is changing how we all work
This year, we introduced our education recruitment CRM system, tsr365, to our schools, agencies and staff, and we continue to elevate it with new features and capabilities as we respond to user feedback and look ahead to 2026.
tsr365 is a unique, custom-built platform that enables schools to fill supply roles more cost-effectively and with less hassle.
For schools, the platform uses web-based technology, giving all the real-time tools needed to efficiently connect with and manage supply staff, from vacancy creation and timesheet approval to invoicing and self-billing.
For candidates – a digital profile on our tsr365 Candidate Portal will give you fast access to job alerts, assignments, timesheets and payslips – all in one place.
Keep an eye out in 2026 for further developments and updates to our unique system.

FurtherEd by The Supply Register
Some of our new partnerships are with Further Education establishments – they have a slightly different model for temporary staff, but their goals are the same: to streamline recruitment, reduce admin and gain full visibility into temporary staffing and spend.
The Supply Register has successfully worked alongside them, adapting, listening, and often exceeding client expectations – read more in our case study from one of the largest college groups in the UK, NCG, whom we onboarded earlier this year.
Thank you to our Supply Chain
In 2025 the number of agency partners has grown to over 300, we are proud of our growing list of high-quality supply partners, who each play a vital role in ensuring no classroom is left without a teacher.
We believe in strong, long-lasting relationships, and over the years, we have created a culture where agency partners have a real opportunity to succeed.

- High-quality staff – 87% candidates received a quality rating of 3 stars or higher.
We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together. Read more about the award.
2026 – Celebrating a decade of experience
Ten years ago, The Supply Register was founded to create a fairer way for schools to connect with education professionals. We care about education recruitment and delivering a ‘fair deal’ for teachers, education providers—including trusts, college groups, and schools—and the ‘ethical’ agencies that support them.
A decade later, that commitment remains stronger than ever. We are proud to be the trusted recruitment partner for over 1,000 education establishments across the UK, delivering smarter, more efficient staffing solutions that make a meaningful difference to teaching and learning.
We look forward to using our experience in 2026 to help you and many more education establishments, professionals, and trusted agencies achieve their goals.
We wish everyone within our networks a happy and prosperous New Year!
