Supply teacher recruitment: how we support agencies

In the competitive landscape of supply teacher recruitment, The Supply Register stands out as a trusted partner for agencies across the UK. With high demand for supply specialists in various subjects, partnering with us opens doors to new opportunities. Our recent appointment of Laura Eaton as National Agency Manager underscores our commitment to effective partnership. Laura's extensive background in education recruitment ensures seamless collaboration between agencies and trusts.

Navigating the complex world of supply teacher recruitment and employment is no easy task – that’s why we partner with agencies across the UK to help our partner trusts find and recruit the best talent in the market. But why should agencies consider working with us here at The Supply Register?

Why your agency should work with The Supply Register

For agencies, there are numerous benefits of working alongside us and securing a place on our preferred agency panel (PAP). We are one of the leading organisations supporting supply teacher recruitment and partnering with us means that you have the opportunity to work with new schools and trusts, who have high demand for supply specialists across all subjects.

As a trusted agency partner at The Supply Register, you will also be automatically aligned to our preferred supplier list of agencies, allowing you to provide services across multiple sites simply and quickly.

Our work with agencies

Such is our focus on effective partnership with our agencies, we have recently appointed Laura Eaton as our specialist agency manager. Laura has joined us after an extensive and successful career working across education recruitment.

She shares with us what her new role will entail and why she chose to work for The Supply Register.

Education recruitment is a passion of mine so it was amazing to see the Agency Manager role created as a result of The Supply Register’s ongoing growth and success in recent years. I’ve also worked on the agency side of the relationship so understand the challenges that individuals in these roles can face, which means I’m able to support them effectively.”

“My role is fairly all-encompassing, but I am the point of contact for all agencies, and for trusts working with those businesses. I am here to answer any queries our partners might have. A key part of my role is ensuring that our partner firms are properly connected with the schools they work with and all points of contact know who their account managers are and who to reach out to if they need support. I also focus on ensuring that the geographic reach of our agencies is aligned with the services we’re offering meaning that we can help our partners to support schools and trusts wherever they are based across the country.”

“One of the main things that attracted me to The Supply Register was the focus on providing the highest levels of service to everyone, across the education sector. The organisations that we work with can become part of our agency supplier network, which means that they are partnered with trusts based on their professional, cultural and geographic alignment. This means that all sides of the relationship benefit; agencies are able to provide a service more closely aligned to the needs of the individual institution and the sector as a whole. Supply teaching professionals get a fairer deal and can gain the same types of benefits that their permanent counterparts receive, and the schools and trusts themselves get the best possible talent in the market. This is just part of the exceptionally high level of service that we offer, and one of the (many) reasons why I’m loving my time here.”
