Salary: £25,597 – £26,914 per annum

The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with NCG to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Work Experience Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to help learners connect with meaningful placement opportunities, develop essential employability skills, and take ownership of their career journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Source, develop, and secure engaging work experience and placement opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful employability sessions to prepare learners for the workplace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, educational partners, and networks.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance for all placements.
  • Track learner progress and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
  • Support innovative work experience and careers education initiatives across NCG.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting young people in one-to-one and group settings.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with employers and external organisations.
  • Confident IT skills for recording and reporting learner progress.
  • Knowledge of current FE/HE landscape (including T-Levels, Study Programmes, and Apprenticeships).
  • Full UK driving licence (or access to transport).
