Teaching Assistants – Make a Real Difference in Stratford-upon-Avon
Daily Rate: £87 – £92 (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate starts or from September 2025
Flexible full-time and part-time roles available

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Communities Academies Trust to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a number of primary and secondary schools across Stratford-upon-Avon.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

  • Encouraging pupils to stay focused and motivated throughout the school day

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to help children reach their potential

  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive and positive learning environment

  • Helping with classroom preparation, learning resources and daily routines

  • Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate staff members

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting

  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • A true enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development

  • Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred
