Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Runcorn & Widnes
Salary: £93 to £100 per day + CPD, PAYE
Contract: Full-time or Part-time – We work around you!

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, interactive, and inclusive lessons
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need extra help
- Encouraging and inspiring children to reach their full potential academically and socially
- Supporting classroom management, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
- Helping with administrative tasks, lesson preparation, and resource organization
- Assisting children with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary
- Supervising students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities

The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff
- The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different classroom settings
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude with a proactive approach
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
