SEN  Teaching Assistants 
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Flexible supply – Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities
Pay: around £90 per day

 

We’re looking for professionals who are adaptable, enthusiastic, and ready to support pupils across various secondary SEN settings. Whether you’re a qualified teaching assistant, if you have SEN experience and are excited to work in a dynamic, inclusive environment, we want to hear from you! 

What We’re Looking For:

  • SEN experience is essential for all roles
  • Previous experience working with children in educational settings
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Minimum of two professional references covering the last two years
  • A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver or support engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure effective classroom management
  • Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Support children in both classroom activities and during off-site experiences
  • Promote a safe and nurturing environment for all learners
