Job Summary:
The Supply Register is working in partnership with Carlisle College to recruit an experienced and passionate Health & Care Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1, 2, and 3 Care courses. This role supports students within the Care Services Department, including Health and Social Care and Early Years learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across Level 1–3 Care qualifications.
- Teach and support students studying Health and Social Care and Early Years pathways.
- Plan and prepare lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience in the Care sector (Health or Education).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting learners and promoting success.
Desirable:
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) – not essential.
