Are you a confident, experienced Cover Supervisor with a passion for supporting student learning and maintaining high standards in the classroom?
Dixons Croxteth Academy is seeking a strong and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team on a flexible basis, providing high-quality cover across a range of subjects and year groups.

The Role

Supervise and manage classrooms during short-term teacher absences

Deliver pre-set work to students and ensure learning continues effectively

Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Ensure a calm and purposeful learning environment

Work flexibly across subjects and year groups (KS3–KS4)
What We’re Looking For

Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role

Strong behaviour management and classroom presence

Adaptability and reliability – able to step into different lessons and subjects confidently

A professional and approachable manner
