Role: Senior / Partnership Executive
Location: East Midlands (Hybrid working, 1 day per week in the Nottingham office)
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: Competitive salary (DOE) + uncapped commission

Due to continued success and growth within our East Midlands division, we are currently recruiting for Partnership Executive to manage a portfolio primary or secondary clients on a full time, permanent basis.
You will work alongside our established Partnership Teams to deliver our managed service model to multi-academy trusts, ensuring the right staff are placed in the right roles.
This is not a sales-focused position. We are looking for someone who values building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders at multi-academy trusts, colleges and individual school locations.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience.
- Develop innovative candidate attraction techniques.
- Conduct interviews for all roles within allocated schools.
- Manage a candidate pipeline effectively.
- Source candidates for long-term and permanent vacancies.
- Meet regularly with clients on-site to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with our partnership agencies to meet school requirements.
About You:
- Experience in recruitment consultancy, ideally within the education industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Confidence and self-motivation to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Networking abilities to build meaningful professional relationships.
- Drive and ambition to grow with the company.
