Salary: £25,597 – £26,914 per annum
The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with NCG to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Work Experience Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to help learners connect with meaningful placement opportunities, develop essential employability skills, and take ownership of their career journey.
What you’ll do:
- Source, develop, and secure engaging work experience and placement opportunities.
- Deliver impactful employability sessions to prepare learners for the workplace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, educational partners, and networks.
- Ensure health and safety compliance for all placements.
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
- Support innovative work experience and careers education initiatives across NCG.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting young people in one-to-one and group settings.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with employers and external organisations.
- Confident IT skills for recording and reporting learner progress.
- Knowledge of current FE/HE landscape (including T-Levels, Study Programmes, and Apprenticeships).
- Full UK driving licence (or access to transport).
