Teaching Assistant (Mornings Only) – SEN Support
Location: Swale Academies Trust Primary School (Specific school details provided upon application)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Part-time (Mornings only), Term-time
Duration: Until Christmas 2025 in the first instance, with potential for extension for the right candidate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Swale Academies Trust primary school from September 2025. This is a 1:1 role supporting a pupil in Key Stage 1 with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Details:

  • Hours: Mornings only, Monday to Friday (term time)

  • Role: 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with SEN

  • Start: September 2025

  • Contract: Initially until Christmas, with strong potential for extension

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN

  • A current Enhanced DBS that is registered on the Update Service (essential)

  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils with additional needs
