Teaching Assistants – Make a Difference in Telford

Pay: £88.94 – £90.77 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate availability

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them unlock their full potential? We’re thrilled to partner with Community Academies Trust to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for schools in Telford.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working alongside class teachers to deliver interactive and engaging lessons

  • Supporting students to remain focused, motivated, and engaged throughout the school day

  • Offering tailored 1:1 or small group support to ensure each student’s success

  • Contributing to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

  • Assisting with setting up classroom activities, managing resources, and supporting daily routines

  • Ensuring student safety and well-being by adhering to safeguarding policies and practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational role is a plus

  • DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Commitment: A genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and development

  • Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
