✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary or secondary school setting

A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable, not essential)

Recent classroom experience

A commitment to raising standards and being a positive role model

Experience supporting children with SEND (desirable, not essential)
