The Supply Register are working with Hillside High School to recruit a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them to achieve their potential in a nurturing environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.

  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

  • A patient, supportive, and proactive attitude.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
