The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with OLAAS (Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company) and is currently recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools within the trust.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting
- A patient, caring, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Understanding of a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
