The Supply Register is working in partnership with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust to recruit dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a number of Sheffield primary schools, including Birley Primary Academy, Birley Spa Primary Academy, Rainbow Forge Primary Academy, Charnock Hall Primary Academy and Sir Edmund Hillary Primary Academy.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning and reach their full potential. Roles may involve supporting children with EHCPs, Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and other additional learning needs within both mainstream and specialist provisions.
You’ll play an important part in helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally while contributing to a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have experience supporting children with SEND or additional learning needs
- Demonstrate patience, resilience and a positive approach
- Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential

Requirements
To be eligible, you must have the right to work in the UK, hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one), and be able to provide two professional references covering the last 24 months.
