The Supply Register is recruiting Cleaners to work across L.E.A.D Academy Trust schools in the Birley area of Sheffield. These roles are part‑time and as‑and‑when required, offering flexible working patterns ideal for individuals seeking local, consistent work within school environments.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for pupils and staff.

About the Role

Cleaning duties may include:

General cleaning of classrooms, corridors and communal areas
Vacuuming, mopping and surface cleaning
Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
Cleaning toilets and washrooms
Supporting deep‑clean tasks when required
Ensuring all areas meet school and Trust cleanliness expectations

All roles are offered on a supply basis through The Supply Register.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the school
Work independently and follow cleaning schedules
Ensure safe use of cleaning products and equipment
Report any maintenance or hygiene issues
Contribute to a positive and safe school environment

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial preferred)
Reliability, punctuality and strong attention to detail
Ability to work part‑time and flexibly as required
A positive, proactive attitude
A DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
