The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Castle Phoenix Trust to recruit passionate and committed Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to join our bank of supply staff across a number of welcoming primary schools throughout Coventry.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to help create positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive.
Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis, providing flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting
✅ Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, or Learning Difficulties (for SEN roles)
✅ A nurturing, patient, and positive approach
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
✅ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
