Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities? Join our Bank Staff Team and become part of a community of dedicated educators supporting schools across Kent.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable teachers to provide short- and long-term cover in our partner primary schools. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced teacher, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Adapt to different school settings and routines

  • Ensure all pupils feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)

  • A flexible and positive approach to teaching

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s learning
