The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Castle Phoenix Trust to recruit confident and reliable Primary Cover Supervisors to join our bank of supply staff across a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools throughout Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced school support staff, aspiring teachers, graduates with classroom experience, or individuals looking to build their career within education while enjoying flexible working opportunities.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support pupils in completing set work, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Roles are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis across Castle Phoenix Trust schools.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience working within a primary school setting is essential
✅ Experience leading groups of children in a classroom environment
✅ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✅ Confidence in delivering pre-planned learning activities
✅ A positive, adaptable, and professional approach
✅ A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
