Looking for a rewarding role in a primary school?
The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Cover Supervisors to support schools within the Greenwood Academies Trust across Skegness and surrounding areas.
We offer day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements, ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience while supporting pupils’ learning.
About the Role
As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Duties may include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
- Managing classroom behaviour
- Supporting pupils with their learning
- Providing feedback to teaching staff
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
- A confident and professional approach
- The ability to work independently and adapt to different classrooms
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
