Teaching Assistant – SEN School – Personal Care
Location: Hazlebeck School, Bingley, Bradford
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Contract: Temporary / Supply Register Bank
We are looking to recruit caring, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants/Personal Care Assistants to join our supply register/bank, supporting pupils within an SEN school setting at Hazlebeck School in Bingley, Bradford.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We have both full-time and part-time temporary hours available, making the role suitable for candidates looking for regular work as well as those seeking greater flexibility.
Please note: Personal care is an essential part of this role, and applicants must be comfortable and willing to provide this support to pupils.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Caring, patient and compassionate.
- Comfortable supporting children and young people with additional and complex needs.
- Willing and able to undertake personal care as part of their duties.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Previous experience within an SEN/SEND school, education, care or support setting would be beneficial.
