Maths Lecturers – Make Maths Matter

Location: North East England
Pay: £24.43–£42.03 per hour, including holiday pay
Contract: Temporary and flexible opportunities

Do you have a passion for Maths and enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and achieve things they never thought possible?

The Supply Register is recruiting Maths lecturers, Functional Skills specialists and teachers to support colleges across the EPNE partnership.

We’re looking for people who can bring Maths to life, build confidence and help learners develop skills that will stay with them long after they leave the classroom.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging Maths lessons to FE learners.
  • Teaching GCSE Maths, Functional Skills or related programmes.
  • Helping learners build confidence in Maths.
  • Supporting students to achieve their qualifications.
  • Planning lessons that make Maths relevant and accessible.

What we’re looking for:

  • A relevant Maths qualification.
  • Experience teaching or training learners.
  • Knowledge of GCSE Maths, Functional Skills or related FE programmes.
  • A teaching qualification is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for supporting learners.
