Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school?

The Supply Register is working in partnership with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust to recruit a Level 3 TA for Charnock Hall Primary Academy, supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. This flexible role offers immediate start opportunities, with access to both supply work and longer‑term placements depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering structured support in class and small groups

  • Leading targeted intervention sessions

  • Assisting teachers with planning and learning delivery

  • Supporting pupils with varied learning needs

  • Maintaining a positive, inclusive and well‑organised classroom environment

We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Experience supporting learning in a primary school

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Confidence leading group activities and interventions

  • A positive, consistent and proactive approach to pupil support
