About the Role

  • As an IT Digital Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:
  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across IT and Digital programmes, including T Level provision,
  • Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements,
  • Support learners in developing technical knowledge, digital skills, and workplace readiness,
  • Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback,
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and employer partners to enhance the learner experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within the IT and Digital sector,
  • Knowledge of areas such as networking, cybersecurity, software development, data, or digital technologies,
  • Strong communication and organisational skills,
  • A passion for supporting and developing learners,
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable,
  • A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
