About the Role
- As an IT Digital Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across IT and Digital programmes, including T Level provision,
- Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements,
- Support learners in developing technical knowledge, digital skills, and workplace readiness,
- Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback,
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and employer partners to enhance the learner experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the IT and Digital sector,
- Knowledge of areas such as networking, cybersecurity, software development, data, or digital technologies,
- Strong communication and organisational skills,
- A passion for supporting and developing learners,
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable,
- A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
