Are you a passionate Geography Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Chesterfield?
The Supply Register is working in partnership with The Two Counties Trust to recruit Geography Teachers for Heritage High School and Springwell Community College. We have opportunities available for teachers seeking flexible supply work, longer-term placements, or full-time and part-time positions within supportive secondary school environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers and ECTs alike to develop their careers, gain valuable experience, and make a positive impact on young people’s learning.
About the Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their understanding of the world around them while fostering curiosity, critical thinking and a passion for learning. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and pupil achievement.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is a recent ECT
- Has strong Geography subject knowledge and delivers engaging lessons
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Builds positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Maintains high expectations and is committed to raising achievement
