The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Kidderminster College to recruit an experienced and proactive Estates Manager to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing the College estate, ensuring high-quality facilities, compliance, safety, and service delivery across a complex educational environment.
About the Role
As an Estates Manager at Kidderminster College, you will:
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of estates and facilities management services across the College,
Manage external facilities management contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and performance,
Oversee building maintenance, cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, waste management, and other estates-related services,
Ensure the College remains fully compliant with all relevant health, safety, and statutory requirements,
Manage estates budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure value for money,
Support estate development projects and contribute to the strategic planning and future development of College facilities.
What We’re Looking For
Significant experience in Estates, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related discipline,
Experience managing facilities services, contractors, budgets, and operational performance within a large and complex organisation,
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management practices,
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
A recognised Estates or Facilities Management qualification, or significant relevant experience,
A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
