The Supply Register is seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to support a large commercial property environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with leadership experience who can balance hands-on work with the coordination of a busy technical team.
About the Role
You will oversee electrical operations across multiple commercial departments, managing incoming requests, allocating tasks, and ensuring electrical engineers have everything they need to complete work safely and efficiently.
This role requires someone who can juggle priorities, communicate effectively across departments, and remain calm under pressure.
While the role is primarily supervisory, you will also carry out hands-on electrical work during busy periods. At quieter times, you will support other departments within the organisation as required.
This is a temp-to-perm position starting in January.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate electrical staff, ensuring jobs are assigned correctly and completed on time

Respond to incoming requests from various departments and prioritise workload effectively

Ensure staff have the tools, equipment, and information needed for each job

Carry out electrical work during busy periods or where required

Support additional departments during quieter operational times

Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service

Communicate effectively with internal teams across a commercial property environment
Requirements:

Qualified Electrician
-
Experience managing or supervising others
-
Experience working within commercial property environments
-
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
AP (Authorised Person) qualification or experience
-
Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
