The Supply Register is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support William Lovell Academy, part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust.

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver short‑term and day‑to‑day cover during teacher absence. You’ll supervise pupils as they complete pre‑set work, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure lessons run smoothly.
You’ll play an important role in keeping pupils engaged, focused, and supported throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes using pre‑prepared lesson plans
- Maintain calm, well‑managed classroom environments
- Give clear instructions and keep pupils on task
- Encourage positive behaviour and participation
- Follow school policies and report any concerns
- Build strong professional relationships with pupils and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young people (school experience beneficial but not essential)
- Confidence managing a classroom independently
- Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
- A proactive, reliable approach
- A genuine interest in education
