The Supply Register is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced A-Level Sociology Teacher to join Oldham Sixth Form College on a short-term basis. This cover is required for two weeks starting on 13th October, with the opportunity to inspire and support motivated post-16 learners.
About the Role

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in A-Level Sociology.

Plan, prepare, and assess student progress in line with curriculum requirements.

Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage critical thinking, debate, and independent learning.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching A-Level Sociology is essential.

Strong subject knowledge of sociological theories, perspectives, and research methods.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
